Portland Monthly magazine's annual Best of the City edition features a clever shot of the kid at Hawthorne Vintage. When Kate asked me to do the shoot, I made sure to do some reconnaissance of the shop prior to the date. I was under the impression that the scene would be set somewhere else, but the teal sofa worked out pretty well. The oh-so-clever camera prop? Again, Ms. Madden... Diggable Monkey appreciates your keen eye, Madam. They were smart to make you the Art Director...
